Who owns Nanya Technology?

Nanya is conducting joint technology development with Micron Technology, working together on advanced DRAM manufacturing processes. In 2015, Nanya sold its share of the joint venture, called Inotera, to Micron. Taiwan-based Nan Ya Plastics, which is part of the Formosa Group, is the controlling shareholder of Nanya Technology.
